Subscription & Cancellation Terms

Zerivo offers two ways to get started. These terms explain how each option works, how cancellation works and what happens with payments. By placing an order, you agree to the terms that apply to your chosen option.

There is no setup fee on either option. Setup and configuration are included as part of becoming a Zerivo customer.

The 7-Day Zerivo Trial is a one-time payment of £49.99. In return, you receive your own Zerivo AI Representative configured around your business for a trial period of 7 days.

The following terms apply to the trial:

• The trial lasts 7 days.
• The 7 days begin when the configured Zerivo service is actually activated and ready for you to use — not while we are still setting it up.
• Setup and configuration are included in the £49.99 payment.
• You may cancel at any time.
• If you cancel, access can end immediately.
• The £49.99 payment is non-refundable once the trial has been activated, except where required by law.
• There are no cancellation fees.

The trial does not automatically convert into the £399/month subscription. At the end of the trial, you will be given a clear option to continue with Zerivo at £399/month. You must actively choose and authorise the monthly subscription before any £399 recurring payment begins.

Full Zerivo is a recurring monthly subscription at £399 per month. In return, you receive your own Zerivo AI Representative configured around your business, together with ongoing service and support.

The following terms apply to the subscription:

• Recurring monthly subscription at £399 per month.
• Personalised setup and configuration are included — there is no setup fee.
• Your AI Representative is configured around your business.
• Ongoing service and support are included.
• You may cancel at any time.

If you cancel the £399/month subscription:

• The subscription ends immediately.
• Zerivo access may end immediately.
• Future recurring payments stop.
• The unused part of the current billing month is not normally refunded, except where required by law.

You can cancel at any time by contacting us at contact@Zerivosystems.net. We will process your cancellation and confirm when access will end in line with these terms.

The £49.99 trial payment is non-refundable once the trial has been activated, except where required by law. The unused part of a £399/month billing month is not normally refunded, except where required by law. Where a legal right to a refund applies, we will honour it.

We may update these Subscription & Cancellation Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
