These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Zerivo website and service operated by Zerivo Systems. By accessing our website or using the Zerivo service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Zerivo Systems operates the Zerivo service and this website under the trading name “Zerivo Systems”.

Zerivo provides businesses with an AI Representative configured around their individual business. The AI Representative can assist with customer communication, enquiries, information and bookings. The service is designed to support businesses and is not a substitute for professional advice.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any access credentials associated with your use of Zerivo and for all activity that occurs under them. You agree to provide accurate and current information about your business so we can configure the service appropriately.

You agree not to:

• Use Zerivo for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Misrepresent your business or provide misleading information to customers through the service.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or compromise the security of the service.
• Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

All content, branding, software and materials provided as part of Zerivo are owned by or licensed to Zerivo Systems and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not use them except as necessary to use the service.

Details of our pricing, the 7-Day Zerivo Trial and the Full Zerivo subscription, together with cancellation and refund terms, are set out in our Subscription & Cancellation Terms. By placing an order, you agree to the charges that apply to your chosen option.

The Zerivo service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to provide a reliable and useful service, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or meet every specific requirement. Any reliance on information or responses provided through Zerivo is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zerivo Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time in accordance with our Subscription & Cancellation Terms. We may suspend or terminate access to the service where reasonably necessary, including where these terms are breached.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version.
